ConPaaS is developed by Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, the University of Rennes 1, Zuse Institut Berlin and XLAB. It is funded by a variety of projects:
- Contrail: a European project partially funded by the FP7 Programme of the European Commission under Grant Agreement FP7-ICT-257438.
- HARNESS: a European project partially funded by the European Union Seventh Framework Programme (FP7/2007-2013) under grant agreement number 318521.
- COMMIT/: a Dutch public-private research community.
- MC-DATA: a technology transfer project funded by the EIT ICT Labs.
